Access to the 558jl Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered 558jl Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identification details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 558jl reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit any Wallet balances, including Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication credentials. 558jl will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 558jl support immediately via the on-site live chat function.
All activity carried out through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was carried out by you personally. 558jl shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 558jl may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts consistent with applicable Philippine consumer regulations. Players with dormant Accounts retain the right to access and withdraw their Wallet balance upon completing a re-verification process through support.
Players may request closure of their 558jl Account at any time by contacting support via on-site live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be settled and any active wagering requirements must be noted. Accounts subject to active self-exclusion will be closed without the option to reopen for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
All financial transactions on the 558jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 558jl does not apply currency conversion fees; the balance displayed in your Wallet is the exact amount available for wagering and withdrawal.
558jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) online banking, Banco de Oro (BDO) online banking, Metrobank online banking, and Cebuana Lhuillier. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 558jl's sole discretion.
Players may only use payment accounts or instruments that are registered in their own verified name. The use of third-party payment accounts — whether belonging to a family member, friend, business entity, or any other person — is strictly prohibited. Any deposit made from a third-party payment source may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum single deposit on the 558jl Platform is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100). This minimum is subject to change at 558jl's discretion. Individual payment providers may impose their own minimum or maximum transaction limits that apply in addition to the 558jl platform limits.
Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time (as published on the Platform) are processed within the same business day for standard verified Accounts. High Roller Diamond-tier Accounts receive prioritised withdrawal processing. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification checks. 558jl reserves the right to delay the processing of a withdrawal where required for KYC compliance, responsible gaming review, or fraud prevention purposes, and will notify the Player of any such delay.
558jl is required to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) legislation. Accordingly, 558jl may request source-of-funds documentation from Players as part of any transaction review. Withdrawal of funds that have not been wagered at least once (commonly referred to as "money laundering through a casino account") is prohibited and may result in Account closure and reporting to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by 558jl are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these General Bonus Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise specified on the promotion page, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any portion of the associated balance may be withdrawn. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary — slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. Full contribution rates are published in the Bonus Terms section of the Platform.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised and wagering requirements that are not completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated conditional winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.
558jl takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using specific betting patterns designed to exploit wagering contribution asymmetries; and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — are prohibited. 558jl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
If a Player requests withdrawal of their deposit prior to completing any associated wagering requirement, 558jl reserves the right to deduct the value of the Bonus Funds credited from the withdrawal amount, in accordance with the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer.
Each game available on the 558jl Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible through the information panel within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are documented within each game's information panel and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual wagering session.
Minimum and maximum wager limits applicable to each game or betting market are displayed within the game interface or betting interface at the time of placing a wager. 558jl reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or recording of a wager, 558jl will review the available technical records and make a determination as to the correct resolution. Sports betting markets available on the 558jl Platform are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body — including but not limited to the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), the NCAA Philippines, the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP), the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Any disputes regarding result settlement must be raised within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant event's conclusion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 558jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of Wallet balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
All content on the 558jl Platform — including but not limited to the 558jl name, logo, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 558jl and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 558jl Platform content without the prior express written consent of 558jl.

558jl processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable National Privacy Commission guidelines. Personal data submitted by Players is used for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
558jl does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes without the Player's prior consent, except where required by applicable law or regulation.

558jl is committed to preventing access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. Players who share devices with minors are responsible for ensuring that their 558jl Account is not accessible to those minors. Upon closure of an Account for reasons attributable to Player breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance comprising solely Bonus Funds or conditional winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that have been confirmed as legitimate and are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any applicable investigation period.
A Player who closes their Account voluntarily and has not breached these Terms is entitled to withdrawal of their verified Wallet balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
558jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, 558jl will provide notice to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notification on the Platform not less than seven (7) calendar days before the amendment takes effect, unless the change is required immediately by applicable law or regulation.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.4.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and 558jl arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through 558jl's customer support function. Players should contact support via on-site live chat, providing full details of the dispute. 558jl undertakes to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial notification, either party may escalate the matter to formal resolution. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms remain available to Players in relation to matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
Any claim or cause of action relating to a specific transaction, wager, or event on the 558jl Platform must be raised within ninety (90) calendar days of the relevant transaction or event. Claims raised after this period may be time-barred unless the Player was reasonably unable to raise the claim within the prescribed period due to circumstances beyond their control.
